Gerrard set to have knee surgery

Gerrard will be sidelined for at least a month after having surgery
Nottingham Forest keeper Paul Gerrard will spend at least a month on the sidelines as he is due to have knee surgery next week.
Gerrard was injured his Knee in Forest’s 3-0 defeat at Oldham on 15 February.
Physio Gary Fleming told the club website: “Paul has got a torn meniscus cartilage and he needs a clean-up, but has also strained the medial ligament.
“He has been pencilled in for his operation next Thursday, and he’s looking at four or five weeks out.”
