After Knee Surgery the rehabilitation process begins. The doctors suggest 4-6 weeks of no movement what so ever. After the 4-6 weeks of recovery from Knee Surgery, a ridig rehabilitation process of excerice must begin.

Several Excercises perscribed for my Knee Surgery rehabiliation are the following:

Calf Stretch

Quadriceps Stretch

Qaud Set

Leg Raise

Step-Ups

Toe Raises

Leg Lunge

These excercise build up the muscles above and below the Knee. Your Knee Surgery Recovery is dependent upon building those muscles stronger than they were before. Your doctor may also advise you to lose weight if that is an issue.

Your Body Weight may be a factor in the stress and strain upon your knee joints and muscles in your knee.
